At Fessta, we are committed to delivering fresh, flavourful tea products with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, we will do our best to make it right.

    No Returns on Tea Powder

Since our tea products are packed with care for freshness and quality, we cannot accept returns on tea powder unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong product or variant was delivered

  • The package was defective at the time of delivery

       We Accept Returns For

  • Incorrect items, such as the wrong product or variant

  • Damaged or defective merchandise

  • Unopened and unused non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery

        To Qualify for a Return

Your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Supported with proof of purchase or order details

          Refunds & Resolutions

Once we review and approve your return request:

  • We will refund the amount to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

  • If a refund is not possible, we may offer store credit or a replacement

  • Photos, if the product is damaged

  • A short description of the issue
